As humans, the pursuit of change and progress is something that is innate to every one of us. Like it or not, there will always be things in life that we hope could be a little different, a little better in the way that daily situations & events turn out. It could be in the way we think, speak, or the way we handle everything from our finances to our relationships with others. We seek to become better -- and we should. As we strive to continuously exceed our potential, we rise above all previous versions of ourselves and grow stronger. In this issue, we look at some ways in which we can embrace a better self and an even better future.

If you or I want to stay in front of the curve and lead others, then we must do the work that keeps us out front. We must continually improve. But as I seek to improve, there is one thing I know not to chase, and that is perfection. Perfection is a trap. Do not chase perfection as a leader - chase improvement. Make today better than yesterday so tomorrow can be better than today. The relentless pursuit of improvement will take any leader far.

You can directly reduce the envy itself, or you can at least reduce the bad choices you make as a result of envy. Here are seven strategies I use to cut envy out of my own life.

Gary is a very knowledgeable and patient person. He provides an overview of your current status and advises what you need according. He is like a good and trustworthy friend. Working with him has been very easy and pleasant. I would recommend Gary!

Sobri, Teacher

Gary has been great at explaining everything clearly and in a way that’s easy to follow, which is helpful since I sometimes lose track of the details in my portfolio. It’s reassuring to know he’ll be there if anything goes wrong, especially when it comes to handling claims. My meet-ups with him feel more relaxed and more personal than with other advisors—I enjoy working with him!

Johnathan, Airline Personnel (Admin)

Linked up with Gary after attending a company talk with the interest to find out more on existing coverage & any potential shortfall on my end. He is very informative, takes time to explain the policy and most importantly makes an effort to understand my lifestyle & needs. No hard selling or overselling, instead it is more of a personalised recommendation from his end which best suits me. Most importantly, he is not pushy & goes the extra mile to do a concise summary on what was shared during the meetup. Gary is definitely someone I would recommend to my friends if they are in need of any financial advice/services.

Angie Ng, IT Manager

Through the process he allows space for thoughts and provides information and explanation to aids in understanding before arriving to my decision. Am lucky to know him in spite that I already have an existing financial advisor. Is good to have second opinion always, thanks young man and I wishing you success in your endeavours.
